9.8.2017 Couleecap Launches CO.STARTERS Entrepreneurial Training Program

La Crosse, WI - Couleecap, with the help of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC), will launch La Crosse's fifth CO.STARTERS entrepreneurial training program. The program will start on October 10.

8.15.2017 Couleecap, Inc. Welcome New Executive Director

Westby, WI - Hetti Brown of La Crosse has joined Couleecap, Inc. as the Executive Director.  Hetti started with the organization after long-time director, Grace Jones, retired on July 14, 2017 after 39 years of service.
