Shelly Teadt, Director of Planning

I believe in the work of Couleecap because we truly make a difference in the lives of so many people in our area every year. Our work has such a positive impact on our clients, other people in our area, and on our communities overall. We help to make our communities better by providing opportunities for local people to build on their strengths, learn new skills, and enhance their overall health and well-being.

Through the work that Couleecap does, it’s important that we are meeting local needs. To ensure we are doing this we contact local families to find out first hand from them what their needs are. The needs identified by them are the driving force for us as we plan and implement new services that become part of our overall Strategic Plan.

Couleecap’s Strategic Plan lays out our major goals for the growth and advancement of the agency. We hold ourselves accountable for the goals we set and we revisit our Strategic Plan on an annual basis to ensure we are meeting the current needs of people and communities in our area.
