Couleecap helps people in need with housing, food, transportation, and more. Through our actions we fight poverty, promote self-sufficiency, economic development, social justice, and personal responsibility.

9.8.2017 Couleecap Launches CO.STARTERS Entrepreneurial Training Program

Westby, WI - Couleecap, with the help of the Wisconsin Economic Development Corporation (WEDC), will launch La Crosse's fifth CO.STARTERS entrepreneurial training program. The program will start on October 10.

8.15.2017 Couleecap, Inc. Welcomes New Executive Director

Westby, WI - Hetti Brown of La Crosse has joined Couleecap, Inc. as the Executive Director. Hetti started with the organization after long-time director, Grace Jones, retired on July 14, 2017 after 39 years of service.

7.6.2017 Free Vehicle Education Course Offered in La Crosse

Westby, WI - Krista Heinz of the Couleecap, Inc. Work-N-Wheels Program and Alex Volten of Consumer Credit Counseling Services will be presenting a free 2-part vehicle education course open to their clients and the public.
