Couleecap is a nonprofit organization committed to fighting poverty and empowering people across Crawford, La Crosse, Monroe, and Vernon counties in Wisconsin. As a 501(c)(3) community action agency, we create opportunities for individuals and families to achieve long-term stability and economic well-being.
