How We Help

Couleecap programs are here to meet real needs. We support:

  • People experiencing housing instability or homelessness
  • Households behind on rent or utility bills
  • Families facing food insecurity
  • Individuals seeking job training, transportation, or economic mobility
  • People in need of energy assistance, home repairs, or weatherization

Each of our programs has specific income eligibility requirements and service guidelines, which may vary depending on funding and community needs.
